Integrated "Bottle-to-Bottle" Technology
PetStar operates two distinct factories that implement key elements of the circular economy. The PET recycling facility transforms waste into food-grade rPET pellets, while the preform manufacturing unit turns the rPET pellets into premium bottle preforms. This "Bottle-to-Bottle" capability ensures complete sustainability from waste collection to new PET preforms which use recycled materials.

Our preforms division produces high-quality PET bottle preforms using advanced injection molding technology. We serve diverse beverage and liquids applications, covering the entire range of food packaging used in the industry.

Our recycling plant transforms post-consumer PET waste into food-grade rPET pellets. Using "Bottle-to-Bottle" technology, we process 20,000+ tons annually into sustainable raw materials that close the circular economy loop.
